John A Elway, Jr. is a dynamic leader with experience guiding the Denver Broncos to Super Bowl championships as both a player in 1998 and 1999 and as a general manager in 2016. Mr. Elway was inducted into both the Denver Broncos Ring of Fame and the Pro Football Hall of Fame following a magnificent 16-year career as quarterback for the Broncos. John also spent eight years as a co-owner and CEO of the Arena Football League's Colorado Crush (2002-09), and led the club to an ArenaBowl championship. As a quarterback for Stanford University for four seasons, John established five major NCAA Division I-A records, and as a senior he was a consensus All-American and finished second in the Heisman Trophy balloting. He was subsequently the number one overall selection of the 1983 NFL Draft.

John has brought that same level of teamwork, determination, and excellence from his football career into his successful business career, which has included a number of entrepreneurial endeavors built with trusted partners and operators. Mr. Elway sold his first portfolio of auto dealerships to AutoNation in 1997. After 9 years partnering with AutoNation, he moved back into the auto business directly by building the John Elway Dealership Group, which now owns and operates numerous dealerships including brands like Toyota, Chevrolet, BMW, Cadillac, Mini, Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, Porsche, and Noco Powersports. John is also a founder and owner of the Elway's Steakhouses restaurant chain as well as the 7Cellars wine brand. In addition, Mr. Elway founded Elway Capital, LLC, a diversified investment firm based in Denver, CO.

John earned a bachelor's degree in economics from Stanford University. He is the proud father of four children and numerous grandchildren.

Bobby Henebry, CFA serves as President and Chief Investment Officer at Elway Capital, LLC, an investment firm based in Denver, CO. Previously, he was a partner at DM Capital, an investment fund with a concentrated portfolio of listed equities, and prior to that Bobby spent 11 years at SeaBridge Investment Advisors, where he was also a partner advising wealthy individuals and family offices on global allocations across asset classes. Separately, Bobby was an early adopter of cryptocurrencies in 2016, having started an Ethereum mining operation before traveling the world and speaking globally on blockchain and digital assets to a range of business groups in roughly 20 countries.

Bobby earned a BSME ('03) and MBA ('06), both from Georgia Tech. He is a member of the Society of International Business Fellows (SIBF), and is very active in the Middle East Leadership Academy (MELA) and Central Eurasian Leadership Alliance (CELA), in addition to other leadership and mentoring networks.

Bobby has traveled to 55 countries. He loves music, and in 2017 founded the YouTube channel Chord Savvy, a music education platform.
